As our executive chef and owner-proprietor, Anne brings her unique perspective and sophisticated sense of taste to everything we do. Anne is a veteran chef, with over forty years of culinary experience and more than sixteen years of professional catering experience.
Anne believes that food is a form of art, and she works tirelessly to ensure that our creations measure up to her standards. From selecting the best, freshest ingredients to crafting the smallest details of each meal's presentation, Anne truly leaves her mark on all of her work.
